The COP Distillation Test is now ready for member use! Find it on the “Distillation Test” tools page at https://centerforoperatorperformance.org/tools/distillation-test. This test was developed as a combined effort (https://centerforoperatorperformance.org/projects/knowledge-benchmarking-test) between COP subject matter experts and Dr. Beth Blickensderfer at Embry Riddle University. Additionally, we’ll be discussing further ways to improve and use the test, including methods of delivery.
